Developmental Therapy/DIR

Our developmental therapists hold master’s degrees in child development fields such as social work, early childhood or special education, and receive intensive training by Dr. Solomon and his supervisory staff in the DIR/The P.L.A.Y. Project^® model. Treatment sessions are individually designed around the developmental needs of each child and focus on intense acquisition of functional developmental levels (FDL).

Our developmental therapists work closely with a child’s family, outside therapists and school personnel to create a comprehensive treatment plan that enhances the child’s success in the developmental growth process.
